  1. Driving directions to Lochmuehle. You basically go onto A5, take the exit 16 Friedberg/Friedrichsdorf, follow the directions to Friedrichsdorf, then go towards Usingen/Wehrheim

Parking:

Lots of parking available in front of the park

Are you hungry afterwards?

We recommend driving to the nearby Usingen, a small town close-by. Usingen has a charming down-town. You’ll recognize a church like building (Hugenottenkirche) when you follow main street. There is quite some history around that one. Nowadays it houses the Usingen library. On the upper floors are found many places where concerts and gatherings can be accommodated. The wedding room is a favorite place for couples to plight their troth.

Find a parking spot around this area. From here you can conveniently walk around. For dinner we recommend a small Italian place called “Pizzeria Romantico”. They have excellent food. It is located to the right of the church building. In summer you can sit outside, just overlooking the old marketplace. Afterwards stroll along main street. There is a good ice cafe nearby with delicious ice cream.

What our guests are saying:

“We went to Lochmühle Amusement Park and had a great time, the weather was fantastic and we have the sunburn to prove it…”
