The apartment is compact, but spacious. It features a family/living room (seats 5), a full kitchenette with dining table (seats 3), and a full bathroom with shower. Low allergen environment, because there are hardwood floors and tiles in all living rooms  — no grungy carpets!


The spacious balcony offers beautiful views into village. It allows you to sit out on warm summer evenings to watch nature (while drinking a glass of wine, apple wine or some good German beer).

 
You will live in a very nice and comfortable apartment in over 625 square feet (56 square meter), which features one master bedroom (one king size bed), and a pull out sleeper sofa in the family room. The unit sleeps up to 3 persons comfortably. There is plenty of closet space available in the bedrooms. We provide bedding and sheets.

The family room has a TV with European satellite programming, a radio, and a CD player. It seats up to 5 persons, so you can have guests over, while enjoying a nice dinner together.







The bathroom has a shower and a toilet, with a nice cabinet that has room for all your toiletries.









The fully equipped kitchenette has an electric stove and oven, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, water cooker, egg cooker, and a toaster. It seats up to three persons.


We also provide laundry soap, towels, an alarm clock, telephone (metered), and bedding/ linens.



A washer and dryer are available for your use in a laundry room in the basement (coin operated.)


There is a parking garage available that allows convenient and free parking.
