    We are in the Pacific time zone (GMT -8), which is 3 hours earlier than Eastern time, 2 hours earlier than Central time, and 1 hour earlier than Western/Mountain time.

 

  1. •We rent the apartment on a daily or weekly basis.

  2. •We have flexible check-in and check-out days. Check-in time is after 12 p.m., check-out time is at 10 a.m.

  3. •Main season:
    Daily Rate is USD $135
    Weekly Rate is USD $945

  4. •Off season:
    Daily Rate is USD $100
    Weekly Rate is USD $700

  5. •High season is between 12/20 and 1/10, 2/1 until Eastern, 6/1 until 9/30

  6. •We accept personal checks, credit cards, or PayPal

  7. •Minimum stay is 5 days

 

  1. •The weekly rate  includes:

  2. •electricity, water/sewer

  3. •All insurances and taxes (e.g., “Kurtaxe”) are included, there are no hidden fees, no surprises.

  4. •You will have a personal telephone “hotline” where we can address questions or problems, and you can get up-to-date local tips.  We’re always just a phone call away +1 (408) 852-1727 to help you if needed. The hotline is available to you every day after 5 p.m. German time.

  5. •Cancellation Policy:
    If you have to cancel your reservation there will be charges applied as follows:
    - If we receive a cancellation up to 50 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 25% of our total rental cost.
    - If we receive a cancellation between 30 days and 49 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 50% of your total rental cost.
    - If we receive a cancellation less than 30 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 100% of your total rental cost.
    - If you can provide us with a replacement renter for the desired time-frame we will waive the cancellation cost.

Rates

  1. •We require a 25% down-payment when making the reservation to lock and hold the apartment for your desired time frame.

  2. •When you make the reservation you can also make your payment in full, or you can also decide to pay this later, up to 30 days prior to your stay. Please note that we do not bill you again, so it is your responsibility that we receive the remaining payment 50 days prior to your trip. If not, we have the right to cancel your apartment reservation. We therefore recommend for simplicity making payments in full when you make the reservation. In case the travel date is less than 50 days in advance payment in full is required.

  3. •Final professional cleaning fee (required) is USD $100
