Overview

Our apartment also features a spacious family/living room, a dining room that seats 8, a full kitchen with a breakfast nook that seats 5, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a guest half-bath. Our vacation apartment at Göthestrasse 5 in Waldgirmes is located at the edge of the village, adjacent to lush meadows and beautiful forests. You will live in a very nice and comfortable apartment in over 1,350 square feet, which features one master bedroom (one king size bed), and a second bedroom with two full-size beds (bunk bed) and a third full-size bed. The unit sleeps up to 5 persons comfortably. There is plenty of closet space available in the bedrooms. We provide bedding and sheets. The second bedroom is also the kids’ playroom, equipped with various toys and games.

The family room has a LCD TV with European satellite programming, and a DVD player.

A large sofa with many cushions allows you to relax while reading a book or watching a movie. We also offer complimentary high speed internet access (WiFi) and unlimited local phone calls.



An elegant dining room comfortably seats up to 8 persons. This allows you to enjoy meals and to casually sit together with friends while having a glass of wine.  








The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove and oven, a microwave, a full-sized refrigerator, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. We also provide soaps in bath rooms, a starter kit of dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, paper towels, towels, an alarm clock, telephone, and linens.




The bedrooms offer beautiful views into the backyard and the open meadows and forest nearby.







There is a spacious balcony that allows you to sit out on warm summer evenings to watch nature (while drinking a glass of wine, apple wine or some good German beer).



A large back-yard with a park-like setting is an ideal place for sitting outside in the evenings during the warm summer months. We also have a gas BBQ that can be used, along with an outdoor table that seats 4, chairs, and an umbrella.



There is plenty of space for parking in front of the house. You can park your car conveniently on the street in front of the building.







A washer and dryer are available for your use in a laundry room in the basement.
