    We are in the Pacific time zone, which is 3 hours earlier than Eastern time, 2 hours earlier than Central time, and 1 hour earlier than Western/Mountain time.

 

  1. •We rent the apartment on a daily or weekly basis.

  2. •Minimum stay is 2 nights.

  3. •The daily rate is $115 (USD) for 2 persons. Each extra person is $30 per day.

  4. •The weekly rate is $805 (USD) for 2 persons. Each extra person is $210 per week.

  5. •Lower rates are available off-season (between October and end of March) starting at $110/day, $700/week for two persona

  6. •We have flexible check-in and check-out days. Check-in time is after 3 p.m., check-out time is before 10 a.m.

  7. •We require a 25% down-payment when making the reservation to lock and hold the apartment for your desired time frame. If the travel date is coming up in less than 30 days we require full payment in advance.

  8. •We accept personal checks, credit cards, or PayPal (preferred.)

  9. •A refundable security deposit of $500 (USD) is required. The security deposit will be mailed back to you after you check out. Please allow 1-2 weeks of processing time.

  10. •Final professional cleaning fee (required) is $125 (USD)

 

  1. •The weekly rate  includes:

  2. •electricity, water/sewer, natural gas, local phone calls and calls to our telephone hotline, high-speed internet access, garbage, TV

  3. •All insurances and taxes are included, there are no hidden fees, no surprises.

  4. •Basic necessities for your first day/night will be in the fridge to get you started: some bread, eggs, cheese, milk, butter, and some jam.

  5. •You will have a personal telephone “hotline” where we can address questions or problems, and you can get up-to-date local tips.  We’re always just a phone call away +1 (408) 852-1727 to help you if needed. The hotline is available to you every day after 5 p.m. German time.

  6. •Cancellation Policy:
    If you have to cancel your reservation there will be charges applied as follows:
    - If we receive a cancellation up to 50 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 25% of your rental cost.
    - If we receive a cancellation between 30 days and 49 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 50% of your total rental cost.
    - If we receive a cancellation less than 30 days prior to your travel date you will have to pay 100% of your total rental cost.
    - If you can provide us with a replacement renter for the desired time-frame we will waive the cancellation cost.
