Excellent Italian ice cream. Go there in warm summer evenings after dinner to get dessert. Try their “Spaghetti ice”. This one is also featured in our Germany Travel Guide.

One of our favorite ice cafes in Wetzlar’s historic old town…

There are plenty of excellent restaurants and dining choices available in Waldgirmes. The Waldgirmes destination guide lists those along with contact info, price ranges, amenities, recommendations, restaurant reviews, insider tips, and an interactive map that shows restaurant locations.

Most of the Italian ice cafes or ice cream parlors have this one. Very simple, but tastes just great. Basically this is vanilla and strawberry ice cream, with strawberry topping, and coconut sprinkles. Try it out - delicious!
