Our apartment building is ideal for short vacations or business trips in the area of Stuttgart. It is located in the center of Filderstadt-Sielmingen south of Stuttgart, 5 km from the autobahn, interstate, Stuttgart airport and state fair (Neue Messe Stuttgart), 17 km from the center of Stuttgart and the main railway station. The apartments are in a triplex house on a residential road, and thus nicely quiet. Public transport, shopping and restaurants can be reached on foot.

• Autobahn A 8 exit 52 to B 27 towards Tübingen/Reutlingen.
• Follow the signs onto B 27 towards Tübingen/Reutlingen.
• B 27 exit Filderstadt - Sielmingen.
• Follow the signs towards Sielmingen
• At the entrance to Sielmingen, at the first traffic light, turn right (Friedhofstrasse)
• take the second left (Heußstrasse)
