It was originally the administration building of the mine. The truss is only open on the east side, the other sides are paneled. The apartment is on the first floor, 65 square meters, is furnished for 2-4 people and includes an integrated dining room/kitchen, living room, bathroom and a bedroom. Living room and kitchen have beautiful, sweeping views across the fields of the Efzetal mountains and the neighboring village.
It has a living room/kitchen with Ceran cooktop, coffee maker, dishwasher, bathroom with tub and shower, living room with fold-out sofa, TV, bedroom with two single beds, and a large wardrobe with mirror.
