Our house is located in the beautiful south of the city Mühlheim an der Ruhr, in the Holthausen/Raadt district.
It is quietly located directly at a protected landscape area, but still very well connected with transportation.
Public transport such as bus and tram to the city center and the main station as well as to Essen (Essen vacation rentals | Essen travel guide) can be reached on foot within a few minutes (about 400 m).
By car, you can get on the A52 within 3 minutes.

- P+R Messe Essen: ~3 minutes driving or 10 minutes of walking
- Messe Düsseldorf (Düsseldorf vacation rentals | Düsseldorf travel guide) fairgrounds: ~25 min
- Düsseldorf airport: ~20 min

Our location is also an excellent starting point for hikes and bike tours in the large landscape protection area, all the way to the Ruhr valley bike trail.

- past the airport Flughafen Essen-Mülheim
- then right into Parsevalstraße
- after about 200 m right on Böllrodt, where it’s not possible to park
- parking along Parsevalstraße and opposite of Telekom building
