The vacation cottage was built in 1988 in old Niedersachsen (Lower Saxon) style, using good old German carpenter's traditions. It was classified as a four-star accommodation.

The 70 sq.m. living space are spread over three bright and friendly rooms: living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and shower/toilet to offer space for four adults or grown children and a small child.

There is a terrace with garden furniture in front of the house; an electric barbecue is also available. You can enjoy the sun in the nature-like flower garden or find shadow under old oaks. In total, the property covers an area of 3000 sq.m.

Children are highly welcome! We do what we can to let the young ones feel comfortable. After all, a family vacation can only be relaxing when all, including the youngin’s, is happy.

Parking spots on the property are available to our guests.

You can store bikes, roof racks and similar equipment safely in a lockable storage room on location.

Accessing your emails and the internet is no problem at all – there is Wi-Fi internet access on the entire property. Make yourself comfortable in the garden and go online!

Living Room:

The living room is located on the ground floor of the house. It is equipped with a cozy sitting area, satellite TV (100 Hz), stereo with CD player and a play area for children.

Bedrooms:

The first bedroom has a queen bed (2 m x 1.8 m), cot (Paidy), wardrobe and seating area in the attic of the house.

The second bedroom has two single beds (2 m x 0.9 m), wardrobe and a small sitting area, also in the attic of the house.

Additional children or youth beds and changing tables are available upon request.

Kitchen:

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

It features a 4-zone electric stove, baking oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as, of course, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, bread slicer, mixer and plenty of pots and dishes.

The cozy dining area has space for all guests together.

Shower / Toilet:

The modern, small bathroom is located on the ground floor; it has a shower (0.8 m x 0.9 m), toilet and washing basin.

A wardrobe offers ample storage space. Soap dispenser, enough towel holders and power outlets, a hair dryer and a step, so that children can easily reach the sink, can all be found here.

Our cozy Lower Saxon houses stand in the middle of the Lüneburg (Lüneburg vacation rentals | Lüneburg travel guide) Heath, in the nature park southern heath (Naturpark Südheide) with its large cover of deciduous and coniferous trees.

They are only a few meters from the edge of the forest inviting you to regenerating walks on calm hiking trails.

There is not only calm, there are also more than 170 destinations for hikes, bike tours and excursions by car, to sights and for activities.

The accommodations with their bright and friendly rooms are located on different properties in different houses, guaranteeing that there will be no disturbance by other vacationers.
