Vacation apartment II occupies the entire ground floor or our Lower Saxon house built in 1992. It was classified as a three-star accommodation.

The apartment was furnished at the beginning of 2001; it of course has its own separate entrance which, due to reasons of the construction, is reached by going down six stairs.

Separate parking spots, entryway, entrance and terrace, all for your exclusive use, also belong to this vacation apartment.

The apartment’s 125 sq.m. of living space encompass four bright and friendly rooms, a large kitchen, two complete bathrooms with shower/toilet, and a closet, offering space for 4-7 adults and 3-6 children.

There is a terrace with garden furniture in front of the house; an electric barbecue is also available. You can enjoy the sun in the nature-like flower garden or find shadow under old oaks. In total, the property covers an area of 1000 sq.m.

Children are highly welcome! We do what we can to let the young ones feel comfortable. After all, a family vacation can only be relaxing when all, including the youngin’s, is happy.

Accessing your emails and the internet is no problem at all – there is Wi-Fi internet access on the entire property. Make yourself comfortable in the garden and go online!

The cozy corner seating offers room for at least 7 people. Furnishings of course include satellite TV (100 Hz), VCR, stereo system with CD player, dining area with cupboard full of dishes and play corner for the small ones.

Bedroom:

The kitchen includes a 4-zone ceramic hob, microwave and dishwashing machine as well as refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg cooker, bread slicer, mixer and plenty of pots and dishes, of course.

Shower / toilet:

Large, modern bathroom with shower (0.8 x 0.9 m), toilet, and double washing basin. Wall cupboard offers lots of space.

Of course, there are enough towel racks and electric outlets, a hair dryer and a soap dispenser with liquid soap. For the young guests, there is a step to let them easily reach the washing basin.

Our cozy Lower Saxon houses stand in the middle of the Lüneburg (Lüneburg vacation rentals | Lüneburg travel guide) Heath, in the nature park southern heath (Naturpark Südheide) with its large cover of deciduous and coniferous trees.

They are only a few meters from the edge of the forest inviting you to regenerating walks on calm hiking trails.

There is not only calm, there are also more than 170 destinations for hikes, bike tours and excursions by car, to sights and for activities.

The accommodations with their bright and friendly rooms are located on different properties in different houses, guaranteeing that there will be no disturbance by other vacationers.
