It was renovated in August 2007. Living rooms and bedrooms face the garden. This will guarantee you a restful sleep, even with the window open. The small terrace outside the living room can be used to relax. The apartment is 78 square meters, divided into three rooms. Up to 3 people can stay here (2 + 1). The kitchen has refrigerator and cupboard, ceramic stovetop, oven, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes and microwave oven. Fresh rolls from the baker just around the corner. The bathroom has toilet, bidet, shower and bathtub. A separate guest bathroom is additionally available. The laminate floor has been placed with respect to accessibility, asthma and allergies.
The bedroom is suitably furnished in Art Nouveau style. Bed is 2 x 2 meters and electrically adjustable. In the children or extra guest room, depending on how you want it, two extra beds (bunk beds) can be used. Here, there is also a safe. The sitting room has a television.
