Our Guest House Koblenz is oriented towards groups (of up to 25 people), workers and large families. It is also popular with families of just 2-5 people who book the two upper floors, especially during the holidays.

The house consists of three self-contained apartments and a shared backyard with furniture and barbecue.

The apartments offer 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, a large kitchen/living room as meeting room for all, a comfortable living room which, on the two upper floors, can also be used as additional bedroom, and a bathroom. They are fully furnished, including dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, satellite TV, and WiFi internet access.

The kitchen is very well equipped with dishwasher, two baking ovens, two stovetops with extractor, two fridges, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and, of course, sufficient tableware, etc. Adjacent, there is a room with washing machine; a dryer is available.

This apartment contains four bedrooms with two single beds each. The sofa in the large bedroom can also be used as bed; this and the #1 bedroom are also large enough to add a children’s or extra bed. The slats can be adjusted and are equipped with excellent mattresses (and there are both softer or harder ones available).

The apartment’s salon serves as common room with a 32 inch TV with satellite reception, which a computer can also be connected to.

An additional bathroom with two showers and a separate toilet plus another guest toilet are also available for shared use.

Guest House Koblenz is very conveniently located, just a few minutes into the inner city, with parking and a bus stop in front.

Also close by is the popular Koblenz-Lützel go-cart track. Not to forget 2011’s Bundesgartenschau (federal horticultural show) takes/took place here.

How To Get Here:

Our house is at Carl-Spaeter-Strasse 75, 56070 Koblenz:

By car, follow the signs to Koblenz-Lützel and then Koblenz-Kesselheim. By train, we recommend taking a taxi from the train station (for about 10 Euro).

You will receive your keys, an introduction to the apartment and further information from one of our employees on location. You will get their contact details with the booking confirmation; they are also there to help you if there are any questions during your stay.

Check-in: 2-8 p.m.

Check-out: before 10 a.m.

With prior agreement, other times may be possible.

Please remember to get in touch with the employee of ours who will give you the keys 1-2 days prior to your arrival to agree on a time to meet.

For those arriving late or on weekends, we offer a “starter package” to sate the first hunger.

It costs EUR 20 and consists of bread, cut sausage and cheese, milk, eggs, coffee or tea, marmalade, butter and orange juice. Some drinks such as water, beer and coke are provided as a little welcome, anyways.
