The apartment has a spacious living-dining area, modern kitchen, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. The underfloor heating is for the living and dining area for the bathroom and sleeping area for each variable separately. In the storage room for your bags or shoes and vacuum cleaners, irons and ironing boards are available for you.

Sleeping: In bed with adjustable bed bases, latex mattress, you can find restful sleep. And so after a stressful trip you mustn't make the beds. We have already done it for you.
Living: Sit back and relax on the leather sofas and enjoy a glass of wine. You can watch TV on the program-wide selection of cable channels or use a DVD to watch a movie on the flat screen. The dining table is extendable to double the size. The view through the two large windows is on the garden.
In the small hallway right next to the cloakroom and kitchen is housed a three-door wardrobe, and from there it leads to the bathroom and into the storeroom.
Cooking: In the fully equipped kitchen you can whip up a quick breakfast or frozen pizza, as well as the more popular menu. Crockery, cutlery, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, kettle ... we have thought of everything.
Bath: The modern bathroom is functionally furnished. Sufficient hand and bath towels are available, and you can leave your hair dryer safely at home.
Work: With your notebook via a wireless connection (WiFi) you have Internet access around the clock. This way, even in small Tübingen you always have an easy connection to the big wide world.

The apartments are located in the quiet district Wanne on a small rise. Yet they're very well connected by public transport to the city center. Parking is available at the door. Your may come by car, but you really don't need it in Tübingen. The bus numbers 5, 13 and 17 take a few minutes to get to the inner city of Tübingen, to the hospitals or the university institutions.
