The service of the Sunny Side apartments allows you to enjoy the advantages of a hotel and the independence and privacy of an apartment.

The reception of our boarding house is staffed daily from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. We will gladly assist with any inquiries you may have and also organize meetings, etc. (e.g. for restaurants, concerts, doctor’s appointments, hairdresser’s)

Our services also include weekly cleaning of the apartments and change of bed linens and towels. For doing laundry, washing machine and dryer are provided in the basement. Laundry service is also available, 24 hours and including ironing.

All apartments offer high-speed internet access via LAN or Wi-Fi, as well as HD satellite TV. The rooms with roof terraces also receive T-Home Entertain which shows all the games of the Fussball Bundesliga live.

Our own underground parking garage is available for your car; an elevator to the serviced apartments is directly accessible from there. For those coming to Munich by plane, we are happy to organize airport transfer in our mini bus. During Munich fair times, we will also ensure you can get to the fair grounds on a shuttle bus. All so that you can enjoy your stay to the fullest.

What are serviced apartments?

Serviced Apartments are furnished apartments for short- to long-term stays. They are typically cheaper than comparable hotel rooms and offer more privacy and space. The guest is self-catering, but the apartment is typically cleaned in regular intervals. Additional services may also be offered.

Is there a minimum/maximum number of stays?

No. Our apartments can be rented for any number of nights desired, starting from single nights.

Is there a rental contract?

No, the apartment is booked just like a hotel room. The binding reservation of a booking requires a down payment of 40% of the total price or the transmission of your credit card details.

When and how do I pay?

For short-term stays, the rent for the entire duration of the stay is to be paid in advance upon arrival; for long-term stays, rent is paid month-by-month, at the beginning of each month of stay. We accept Amex, MasterCard, Visa, EC/Maestro. Corporate accounts accepted.

Is there a rental fee?

No, just rent.

What are the check-in/-out times?

On the day of arrival, the apartment is ready from 11 a.m.; departure is to be before 10 a.m. Later check-out until 1 p.m. may be booked, if required.

Do you have apartments with handicapped access?

We offer one apartment which is handicapped-friendly on the ground floor of our boarding house in the Perhamer Strasse; handicapped parking also available.

How often is the apartment cleaned?

The apartment is cleaned once a week; bed linens and towels are also changed weekly.

Out of respect for the next guests, smoking is not permitted in our apartments. We will gladly provide you with ashtrays for the balcony/terrace, though.

What is a boarding house?

A boarding house offers single- or multiple-room apartments for longer stays (weeks to years). Accommodation may be with self-catering, with breakfast, or with breakfast and dinner. Laundry services and room cleaning are usually offered as additional services.
