The modern and newly (February 2011) built holiday home offers room for up to 12 adults (and more children) on spacious 170 sq.m and a total 680 sq.m property, including a nice garden. It is ideal for large families or large groups, but couples with children would also enjoy sitting in the sun with a view of the Black Forest while the kids can play to their heart’s content.

Alpirsbach, where the house is located, is in the middle of the Black Forest and has excellent infrastructure; the house itself is up-to-date.

Enjoy relaxing in the sauna with tropical rain-shower or the luxurious Jacuzzi, make yourself comfortable with a glass of wine and a nice meal, cooked in the well-equipped kitchen.

The floor plan of the house is nicely spacious, with six bedrooms on three floors, and close to the forest. Two large bathrooms also help give even large families enough space.

Furnishings:

The house is furnished like a single family-home, with a full kitchen with dishwasher, large stove and baking oven, microwave, coffee maker, and more. Washing machine and dryer are provided, as is stereo system, TV and internet access.

A spacious (30 sq.m) sunny terrace, accessed through a large door in the living/dining room, rounds out the offer. It is a great spot for enjoying warm summer evenings, maybe with steaks grilled on the large barbecue there and with a tasty beer from the local brewery.

Our houses are located in Alpirsbach, a small town in the middle of the Black Forest, with excellent infrastructure. The area is calm and good also for children. A walk of 5-10 minutes is all it takes to reach the city center with its monastery and many stores, museums, and restaurants; only three minutes to get to the forest with many hiking trails.
