The rooms are conveniently arranged, newly decorated and situated on the ground floor.
The living room and the separate bedroom have a beautiful view over the terrace into the well-tended garden with the swimming-pool, which invites you to refresh yourself on those hot summer days. The living room has a comfortable seating corner with TV, DVD player and hifi system, as well as a hearth for the colder times of the year. You will also find a dining table for at least 6 people here.
The large desk holds a phone and a Wifi internet connection.
The separate bedroom is equipped with two, 1 x 2 m big, single beds also suitable for seniors and a big wardrobe. It offers direct connection to a bathroom with basin, lavatory and bath tub.
The children’s room offers two additional beds which can also comfortably be used by adults. The room is also a good place to relax in front of the TV or with a nice book. The bookcases and wardrobes offer not only ample space for your own things, but also parlor games and a selection of books and magazines.
Through the hallway, you get into the bathroom with shower (with flat entrance), washing basin and lavatory.
In the kitchen with adjacent pantry, there is a gas stove with baking oven, dishwashing machine and refrigerator. The cupboards hold sufficient numbers of glasses, silverware and dishes. Toaster, coffee maker and electric kettle are also available.
For your valuables, the apartment contains a safe. In the basement, there is a washing maschine, tumble dryer, electric iron and ironing board.

Our house is located at the outskirts of Ingelheim, quiet yet conveniently situated. The railway station and the pharmaceutical company Boehringer are within walking distance (about 2 km). The autobahn is accessible within a few minutes. You can also get to the vineyards or the river Rhine quickly, for hiking or bicycle tours.
