Nice apartment of 100 sq.m. for up to at least ten people, right where Munich is at its most beautiful, in Haidhausen.

The living/dining room contains one large and one smaller couch, both of which can be folded out into beds. It also offers a 40-inch flat-screen TV with cable. A dining table with eight chairs offers space for nice meals.

The sleeping area, separated by curtains and wardrobes, has four single beds (90x200 cm). Another bed room was furnished with a nice designer’s bed (160x200 cm) and a sleeper sofa (140x200 cm). It also contains a wardrobe and a TV set.

The separate kitchen offers all that’s needed: four-hob stove with baking oven, sink, dishwashing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, cutlery, pots, etc.

The bathroom has a shower and a washing basin. Of course, a hair dryer is provided. The toilet is separate, and there is also a washing basin there.

After prior arrangement, up to 13 people may stay in this apartment. Prices with additional 7% VAT. Deposit dependent on number of guests and length of stay, returned upon successful check-out.

The clean apartment is in the Haidhausen district of Munich (Munich vacation rentals | Munich travel guide), in central location. Close by are the Prinzregentenplatz, Ostbahnhof (East railway station) and Max-Weber-Platz. The railway station offers excellent public transport – subway U4/U5, bus 54/100/190/191, tram 15/24, S-Bahn – just 5 minutes from the apartment. Fewer than 10 minutes on public transport and you are in the inner city of Munich with its sights, or at the Oktoberfest.

Convenient location also for traveling by car. Via the middle ring road, all the highways e.g. to the Alps and the well-known lakes at their foothills can be reached quickly.

There are many shopping opportunities available around the apartment, e.g. supermarket, bakery, Subway restaurant, drugstore, barber’s, pharmacy, doctors, Sixt car rental, dry cleaning, office supplies, bank, as well as cafés, restaurants and pubs.
