The apartment on the uppermost floor has a floor space of 92 sq.m., is suitable for up to six people, and consists of two bedrooms with two comfortable single beds each, living room with two sleeper sofas and a balcony with view of the garden, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and guest toilet.

The kitchen is furnished with dishwashing machine, electric stove with extractor, baking oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with small freezer compartment, a pantry and, of course, a sufficient amount of tableware.

Furnishings of the apartment also include a TV with digital satellite connection, stereo sound system with CD player, and hair dryer.

Heating and warm water are by modern gas boiler. A laundry basement in the house, with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board may be used for free. Car parking is available in front of the house.

Location:

House Abendsonne is located on a street with low traffic and offers four rental and three vacation apartments. Two of the apartments consist of living/bed room, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The third apartment offers two bedrooms, living room (which can also be used as a bedroom), fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom.

The apartment in question is on the uppermost floor of the house and has a balcony with garden view. Parking is easily found either on the parking spots that belong to the house or at the roadside.

The house itself is in Koblenz-Wallersheim (Koblenz-Wallersheim vacation rentals | Koblenz-Wallersheim travel guide), some 3.5 km from the city center. The old town can be reached in a few minutes, whether by car or by bus (which has a stop close by). The Rhine is only a few meters away; the popular cart track of Koblenz-Lützel is only a few hundred meters distant.

The house is also a great location for visitors to the Federal Garden Show (Bundesgartenschau BUGA) 2011. The cable car ride from the Deutsches Eck over the Rhine to the Fortress Ehrenbreitstein, where most of the Garden Show’s grounds are located, is a special experience.

By car, follow the signs for Koblenz-Lützel and then Koblenz-Kesselheim. Arriving by train, we recommend getting a taxi at the railway station; it only costs EUR 10.

Upon arrival, an employee of ours whose contact data you will get along with the confirmation of your booking will give you your keys, an explanation of the apartment’s facilities, and further information. You can also always ask him/her if you need further help during your stay.
