This nice, 42 sq.m, one-room apartment in Hamburg-Meiendorf/Rahlstedt is newly renovated and tastefully furnished.
The sunny apartment is on the second floor of a small, well-kept residential complex with very nice neighbors.
It features a large balcony with green view. The living and sleeping areas also have a desk, TV and stereo, iron and ironing board, and chairs in light beech wood.
The lit, long hallway holds a wardrobe, mirror, coatrack and shoe cupboard.
In the bathroom, there is another cupboard for utensils. Scale and hair dryer are provided.
Blankets and pillows provided.
The kitchen is separated from the living area by a sliding door and equipped with:
- 4-hob stove with baking oven
- electric kettle
- coffee maker
- full set of tableware and cutlery for five
- microwave
- pots, pans, bowls
The recently renovated bathroom features a large bathtub with shower, toilet, washing basin and mirror, heated towel rack and radio.
The apartment is heated by gas central heating in all rooms. The large panorama window lets lots of sunlight and warmth in; it is of course equipped with blinds to cover it up. Warm water is ensured by the modern gas heater.
Prices:
Prices given are for two people (additional guests: EUR 5 per person per night).
Please note that we charge a surcharge of 10% for bookings on public holidays, bridge days and long weekends.
Bed linens and towels can be provided for EUR 10 per person.
No further costs are added but the EUR 25 for final cleaning (if that is to be done by us).
Check-in from 4 p.m.; check-out until 10 a.m.
Other check-in/-out times may be possible on request.
Pets not allowed.

From the apartment in Hamburg-Meiendorf/Rahlstedt, the inner city can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. Various bus lines have stops in the vicinity; the subway station Berne is only 5 bus stops or 10 minutes of walking away. Good shopping in the area, as well as many restaurants.
The Bernepark, good for jogging or walks, is right behind the apartment.
Parking spots are available beside the house.
