The Apartment:

Small one-room vacation apartment in Hamburg Farmsen-Berne for up to three people; conveniently located and fully furnished with pull-out sofa in living room and double bed in sleeping corner, bathroom with tub/shower and small kitchen.

Newly renovated and with modern furnishings.

Separate kitchen (with window) equipped to serve up to four people, with electric stovetop and microwave, fridge and baking oven as well as coffee maker.

Sleeping corner with Queen-size double bed; living room also equipped with pull-out sleeper sofa, TV and radio/CD player, small computer desk, coffee table, and dining table for up to four.

Bed linens and towels can be provided for EUR 10 per person; blankets and pillows are provided.

No additional costs other than the EUR 20 for final cleaning (if we are to do that).

Pets are not allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is ideal for small families, groups of young traveler (up to 5 or 8 people when both apartments are rented and used together) as well as couples who treasure their individuality and good prices. Prices are designed so that the room gets cheaper to rent for longer periods.

Please note that stays on public holidays, bridge days and long weekends incur a surcharge of EUR10.

The apartment is located both very conveniently, and in very calm surroundings, only 10 minutes from the Berne subway station and with sufficient parking out front. The city center (with harbor, main train station, shopping centers, etc.) can be reached on public transport in just about 20 minutes. Thus, no car is needed – but parking is also always available nearby.

Just around the corner, one finds diverse shopping opportunities; supermarkets are near the Berne subway stop.
