EXPERIENCE HISTORY

Green luxury in one of the area’s prettiest monuments, the Gutschow house, an important example of Historismus (Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaissance) architecture, built 1895 and the landmark building in the South of the Friedrichstrasse. A mekka of magicians, thanks to the magician’s school and the store of the world-renowned magician Conradi-Horster. Today, thanks to “green” housing policies, the owners of the building are an apartment renter and migrant from Georgia along with two former bank CEOs. All in all, a part of the living history and present of Berlin, there for you to experience. We like to call it MyBerlinStyle.

COMFORT LOVE A stately living room with 65 square meters large, high-4m high mahogany ceilings in a very bright 120 square meters (east, west facing), quiet and comfortable 3-bedroom luxury apartment on the 2nd Floor of the house. The apartment was renovated in August 2009 and established environmental quality. The living room has a dining area are made of solid oak, solid beech kitchen, LCD TV, HiFi, DVD, wireless internet access. The kitchen has ceramic electric hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, egg boiler and high-quality pots fitted. Washing machine on the floor. Gutschow House

The Gutschow house is an important representative of Historismus (Neo-Gothic and Neo-Renaissance) of 1895, with an elaborate façade and quite some history. It is the only house in the southern Friedrichstrasse which survived the war unscathed.

In city center, in easy walking distance from the vast majority of sights: Jewish museum right next door, Checkpoint Charlie 3 minutes away, Martin Gropius Bau 15 minutes, Potsdamer Platz 20 minutes, Gendarmenmarkt 15 minutes… Additionally, the “Kiez” offers high-quality, and yet affordable, infrastructure: organic food, restaurants, Europe’s largest market for organic products.
