The newly and tastefully furnished apartment was awarded three stars by the German tourist association DTV. Just 500 m away, you can find golf court, cross-country trail, hiking paths, shopping center and the free bus to the town center. Restaurants of different kinds are close by as well; walking or bike tours can start right at the door.

Enjoy your holidays at the foot of the Zugspitze in Garmisch-Partenkirchen, in the district Burgrain. Only a few minutes of walking (500 m) get you to the golf course, cross-country ski slope, shopping center and the free bus to the town center.
Coming from Munich, the vacation apartment is located at the entrance to Garmisch-Partenkirchen; the center can be reached in 4 km (and using the free bus); the bus stop is only two minutes of walking away.
You can choose between different restaurants even in the immediate surroundings. In the summer, the swimming center in neighboring Farchant is great fun. Walking or bike tours into the Estergebirge mountains, on the Philosopher’s Trail and Wank or to the Pflegersee lake start right at the front door.
Trips to Ettal, Oberammergau and the royal palaces, as well as Munich and Innsbruck only take a short drive on the highway.
Directions:
From Munich / Oberau, take the B2 to the intersection towards Farchant. Continue towards Farchant and drive through the village.
Approximately 500m past the end of town, turn right towards Burgrain. Go for another 400m, then turn left onto the Grubenkopfstrasse. After a few meters, the road forks; keep right. After few meters you will see our house on the right side.
