In the bright and cozy living/bed room, you’ll find two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be combined to form a double bed, a sleeper sofa (of 140 x 200 cm) for another two people, wardrobe, flat-screen TV and a large dining table with chairs. In the small bedroom there is a bunk bed suitable also for adults.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped, including pots, pans, cutlery, glassware as well as a two-hob stove, microwave with barbecue function, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and sink. The bathroom offers shower, toilet, and washing basin.

The ground floor, two-room apartment is centrally located in the Bogenhausen district of Munich, very close to a bus, metro, and S-Bahn station with direct connections to the main train station, city center, the new fair in Riem and the airport. The next metro stop is only some 4 minutes of walking away, the next bus stop just one minute. In 10 minutes, public transport gets you to the inner city of Munich and its attractions or to the Oktoberfest.

The location is also convenient for driving, quickly getting to the middle ring road and all the highways leading every which way, including to the alps and the famous lakes at the foot of the mountains.

Close by the apartment there are numerous stores, including three supermarkets, a dry cleaner’s, restaurants and bars, Europe’s largest Media Markt, a drugstore, bakery, doctors, and more. You’ll not lack anything.
