This apartment for up to six, with ideal connection to public transport (directly at the subway station Prinzregentenplatz) is located on the Prinzregentenstrasse in the Bogenhausen district of Munich, an exclusive and elegant area of villas of the Gründerzeit era. Car parking on the surroundings streets is free. The apartment offers hallway, three bedrooms, living room with flat screen TV, kitchen, bath with shower, separate toilet, and two balconies.

Apartment D’Alex Santa Clara

We furnished this apartment in art nouveau style, which was very popular in Prague, the city which served as patron for its naming.

The apartment has three bedrooms. Upon entering, you will be in the first one with a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with two nightstands and a beautiful wardrobe, also art nouveau.

Note: The beds cannot be separated into single beds. All are double beds (3) and sleeper sofa in livign room is available.

In continuation of this room, you’ll find the kitchen and living room with a comfortable sofa to relax in, a 19 inch flatscreen TV with national and international channels. The kitchen is equipped with stovetop, baking oven, refrigerator, dishwashing machine, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. It also includes all the necessary tableware, pots, and pans.

Directly adjacent, you’ll find the second bedroom, equipped with a 140 x 200 cm large double bed. It offers access to the bathroom with shower, washing basin, and toilet.

The forty-square-meter apartment is on the day-lit ground floor (Tiefparterre) of an old building that has recently been completely renovated. It is spacious and well-ventilated, very quiet and sunlit. Beds will be made with high-qualiy sheets; should you travel with a baby, we can provide you with a high chair or even a travel crib.

The apartment is in a great location, just 200 m from the U1 Candidplatz subway station, with just 5 minutes travel time to the main railway station. The unit is very quiet as it is facing the courtyard. It can accommodate up to three guests (but please note that it has no separate bedrooms!). Relaxing walks along the Isar river are only five minutes away.

Infrastructure

As far as infrastructure is concerned, you can find everything needed in daily life in the immediate vicinity. The subway station Candidplatz (Line U1) is only about a hundred meters away from the apartment. The bus line 52 that goes directly to Marienplatz is just as close.
