55m², bright and modern. The apartment is located in the third floor of a two-family building at the edge of Düsseldorf, in the Lichtenbroich district.
- The kitchen has all necessary household appliances such as: a Senseo coffee machine, kettle, microwave, toaster, etc. A dining table for up to 4 persons is also available.
- The living room invites you with a cozy corner set and a flatscreen TV with DVB-T to relax. The sofa has a comfortable sleep function (bed surface 1.33m x 2.00 m) where one person can sleep.
- A desk for workaholics is also available.
- In the bedroom are 2 single beds with bedside tables and associated cabinets.
- The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and toilet.
Precautions are taken for dust allergy, and a ventilation shaft ensures fresh air.
The Yard
Our yard is a paradise on 600sqm. It has a chill-area with 2 deck chairs at the end of the garden where you can retreat for a good book, and a pavilion with seating and an adjacent barbecue area with Mediterranean flair
.A pool (diameter: 4.57 m / 1.22 m depth) is also available from May - September. By prior arrangement, the garden may be used.

There is plenty of parking.
