It is fir for 2-3, possibly 4 people. It has two rooms: in one a kitchen with 2 hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, and all cutlery.
The first room is the living and dining room, with table, 3-4 chairs and a sofa bed, with 1.20 m mattress. The second room contains a 1.40 m wide bed, a wardrobe and a small shelf.
The bathroom has a corner bath, toilet and sink and equipped with an overhead screen (matte) to sleep all the time.
There are high ceilings, so it works great with your 31m². The floor is parquet.
Single nights on request. Prices include 7% tax.

The idea is to have a couple of furnished living spaces available to people who are temporarily in Ulm or the surrounding area and want to avoid hotels, find contacts to other people and can live more private.
