The Flat

The guest rooms are located in a 120 square meter apartment, which you can use together with the other guests. It is a Non smoking apartment, but you can like go to smoke on the covered terrace or in the garden.

• The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped with fridge, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine for up to 10 cups of Senseo or individual cups, kettle, etc. .. Whether pots, pans, knife block, cutlery or crockery - it's all there. A dining table for up to 8 persons is also available in community living.
• The living room invites you with a large leather couch and a television with DVD player, a hi-tower and a great view into the garden to relax.
• Guest room No. 1, there are two single beds put together (each 0.90 mx 2.00 m) with the corresponding bedside tables and wardrobes, television and a desk with a PC. The beds are a nice step-in height of 60cm.
• Guest room No. 2 is a futon double bed of 1,60 m x 2,00 m, which however is only 30 inches high. This room is equipped with a television and a desk with PC and offers a very modern feel.
• The shared bathroom has double rooms for both next to the toilet and 2 sinks both a bathtub and a shower. A separate toilet with a toilet and a small sink is available for Dodge.

The Yard:

The covered terrace is both the kitchen and accessible from the living room. Our garden is a paradise with a size of about 700 square meters. It has a terrace with 2 sun loungers delineated on the right side of the garden, at the times you can feel free to retire for a good book. • the old town in about 20 minutes

with the 722 bus (bus stop about 400 m away), stress-free ride from here to outside the main entrance of the fair in about 50 minutes. And the main station to downtown with many shops or our well-known old city is easily reached by bus or train in 20-30 minutes.
