This very elegant, brand new apartment receives up to four people in a quiet location of Garmisch-Partenkirchen, a spectacular alpine town in Bavaria. The south and west patios offer a clear view of the mountains. Whether in the 60 m² (2 people) or 90 m² configurations, the apartment "Fabian" accommodates the visitor in comfort.

The spacious living room features a generous sectional sofa, a TV, and a stereo system. The fully-equipped kitchen includes several special amenities. The sleeping room is remarkable for its wide mirrored closet.

In the modern bathroom you can enjoy the alpine view while relaxing in the tub. A spiral staircase leads to the basement where an additional bed-living room and bathroom (shower) are found.

This modern apartment is located in a very clean, quiet residential area and provides an excellent starting point for any kind of activity. From here you can reach within minutes the pedestrian zone of Garmisch-Partenkirchen (Garmisch-Partenkirchen vacation rentals | Garmisch-Partenkirchen travel guide) with popular restaurants and businesses, as well as the health clinic of Dr. Beger.

Skiing

Oberstdorf is a perfect place for skiing in Winter with access to many different ski areas to chose from. You can get a "Kurkarte" for 2 Euros per night. With this one you can use the Skibus (a shuttle) to the lifts for free. The shuttle stop is located about 3-4 minutes from the apartment. Please ask for exact location of the shuttle stop when you arrive and the owner will provide directions. Depending on which ski area you like you need about 5 to 15 minutes to get there.

Please plan for an arrival between 3 and 6 p.m., and to get straight to the vacation apartment. When you have reached it, call us and we’ll immediately welcome you, hand you your keys, and answer any questions you might have.
