It is situated in Oberammergau, a village nested 800 meter high in the Bavarian mountains. The apartment features two sleeping rooms with double beds and a sleeping couch, a living room with satellite TV, Wi-Fi, a complete kitchen with dishwasher and laundry machines, a bathroom with shower, and car parking.
Everything you could possibly need is here: a sleigh for winter and two mountain bikes that you can use for free. All skiing slopes are within a 800 m distance. Each room has satellite television and there are two computers: one with a German operating system and the other in English. Although there are 5 beds, it is ideal for 4 people. A private car parking is included. A restaurant is downstairs but it isn't noisy.

Oberammergau is 25 km away from Garmisch-Partenkirchen and 92 km from Munich, 100 km from Innsbruck and three hours drive from Italy. The location of the apartment is 200 meters from the railway and bus stations and 400 meters from the village center. Most shops are within a 400 meter distance. A gas station selling fresh bread is 100 meters away.
The NATO School is located in Oberammergau. A bus pickup point is 100 m from the apartment. Shops and restaurants are all very close. Car parking is available in front of the house.
Activities:
Cross-country skiing is one of the most favorite activities during winter. The famous King Ludwig Race is held every year here. Biking, swimming, climbing, and paragliding are also popular.
