The two well-equipped apartments are located in a house on top of a hill, just a short walk from the historical House Münter. The access road being a small cul-de-sac, is very quiet and the air quality very good.

Downtown Murnau and the Castle Museum can be reached in only 10 to 15 minutes on footpaths. Reaching Murnau Moor and Staffelsee only takes 20 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, bicycle and hiking trails run through the scenic landscape of the "Blue Country." A very nice miniature golf course is also nearby.
