The ca. 35 m² ground-level apartment has a living/sleeping room, separate kitchen and bath. It's furnished with a comfortable sofa with a view of the foliage or of the LCD-TV with DVD player and satellite reception.

Also in the living room is the bed (160x200 cm with two separate mattresses). A clock radio with CD player is also available. The comfortable sofa can be a turned into a bed of 140x205 cm with the turn of a handle, for 2 children.

The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, Senseo and drip coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils. You can always prepare a tasty meal. The half oval dining nook has enough space for 2 or 4 people.

The bathroom has a shower. A hairdryer is provided. Bed linen, towels and hand towels are provided to you.

Your own entrance is on your private patio area facing south with comfortable seating, lounge chairs and barbecue. Especially in the summer there's a nice view of a flowering & fragrant rose garden. The house belonging to the landscaped garden can be toured by interested visitors.

In addition I offer various services on request, eg Laundry or pre-shopping. There's outdoor parking at the house. The large peaceful garden with seating area can be shared upon request.
