The fully equipped nonsmoking apartment has a separate entrance and features a large bedroom with double bed and large windows, which offer a magnificent view of the hilly countryside of Bayreuth. An extra bed is available upon request.

In addition, the apartment has a living room and dining room with well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, and a small bathroom with shower / WC and a washing machine. The apartment has underfloor heating and a parking space in front of the house. Our house was brand new in summer 2005.

The total area of ​​the apartment is about 55m². The terrace with garden in front of the living room can be used.

Linen and towels are provided free of charge. Pets are not allowed. Phone or Internet access can be provided as desired.

The house is located at the gateway to the Fichtelgebirge, on a hill on the outskirts of Bayreuth with a wonderful view over the rolling panorama of the festival city. The park of the Hermitage, the Lohengrin thermal spa and golf course are within easy walking distance. You reach the Fichtelgebirge with the car in 15 minutes, the Franconian Switzerland within half an hour.

Culture & Leisure:

Sports enthusiasts find many opportunities to pursue their hobby of Bayreuth. Thus, there are an ice rink, a large swimming pool, two indoor pools and two spas, as well as several lakes. Even the golf course is within easy reach in just five minutes on foot.

Bayreuth is beautifully situated. Two well-known recreational and vacation areas in the immediate vicinity, the Fichtelgebirge mountains in the northeast and the southwest in the Franconian Switzerland. There are numerous hiking trails and opportunities for winter sports, climbing, canoeing, biking and much more.

Lonely places, untouched nature, vast forests and numerous sports facilities can be found without a long trip.

Bayreuth has some culture to offer as well. A large number of museums in and around Bayreuth, as well as buildings and parks from the Margrave time offer opportunities for recreation and cultural activities.
