Our top floor apartment has just been completed. Because of the skylights, it is well lit and also comfortably furnished. The spacious living room offers a sitting area with LCD TV, BluRay player and small stereo, a desk with telephone and Wi-Fi connection for your laptop as well as a dining table for 4 people. Inside the cabinet, there is a small safe for your valuables.

In the bedroom, you can enjoy the view of the stars through the skylights while you relax on the 1.6 x 2 meter big double bed. If you prefer sleeping in the dark, you can also make it so – the skylights in the apartment are all equipped with shutters. In the bedroom, there is a wardrobe, a TV set and radio alarm clock.

The bathroom offers you a spacious shower, a sink and a toilet; sufficient numbers of towels are provided.

The well-equipped, modern kitchen offers a ceran stove top, combination oven (baking oven or microwave), a refrigerator and freezer and a coffee maker. In the cupboards you will find enough glasses and dishes, an egg cooker, electric kettle, toaster and hand blender.

A small storage room in front of the apartment contains an iron and ironing board.

Should there not be enough beds, we have a comfortable air mattress which can be used as bed for a single child. If you want to bring your pet, please tell us in advance.

Our house is located at the outskirts of Ingelheim, quiet yet conveniently situated. The railway station and the pharmaceutical company Boehringer are within walking distance (about 2 km). The autobahn is accessible within a few minutes. You can also get to the vineyards or the river Rhine quickly, for hiking or bicycle tours.

You can also cross the river Rhine by ferry to get to the Rheingau, a famous wine-growing region.
