We're offering a new, bright, modern and accessible (per DIN) apartment. It's in the very nice and quiet village Gutach and directly on the bike path Hausach-Gutach-Hornberg (with connection to the bike path Kinzigtal). The apartment was evaluated by DTV (German Tourism Association) and given a 5 star rating (F *****).

This nonsmoking apartment for 2 people has about 63m² plus a separate, covered terrace with 18m², which is accessible from the living room and the bedroom. Comfortably furnished. e.g. satellite flatscreen TV, washing machine, dryer, kitchen with refrigerator and freezer, ceramic stove, extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, micro stereo system with CD / DVD player, clock radio and so on and so forth.

Prices:

The rental fee includes amongst others a reserved parking space for you in front of the apartment. Also bed linens, towels and bathrobes. By telephone in the apartment you can call all numbers in the German land network (excluding special numbers) for free. A lady's and a gentleman's bike are available for free with a stay of more than three weeks (for shorter stays € 9.00 per day and bike).

Services:

If you bring your own bike, you have a lockable garden shed as a "garage" available. If you arrive by train we will pick you up at stations Hausach or Hornberg and bring you back there. From booking a week this is included in the price, otherwise € 10,00 each way.
