The four rooms, kitchen, two baths, guest toilet, balcony, and terrace are distributed over 120 m² of living space. In July 2010, the German Tourism Association (DTV) awarded the house a 4 four-star certification for high-quality features and comfort. The house includes phone and Internet services. There are also a garage behind the house and a locked room with covered storage area (ideal for bicycles) on the right side. The backyard provides a grill area. Three cars can easily park in the driveway.

The master room (26 m²) holds a queen size bed (180 x 200 cm) and a comfortable lounge area as well with a couch and two armchairs.
