The apartment is situated in a quiet cul de sac. Close to the Falkensteiner beach, reachable in 10 minutes by bicycle, and the Olympic Harbour Schilksee in 15, but also in the immediate vicinity of the main shopping street of the district Kiel-Pries (3 min). The connection to the city center of Kiel with the bus (2 min to stop) or ferry is very good.
Both houses are just 5 minutes apart and very close to the shopping street of our neighborhood with shops for daily needs.

- The possibilities are enormous, here it is possible to: fishing, golf, inline skating, canoeing, surfing, kite surfing, horse, sea water swimming, motor boat rentals, bicycling, horseback riding, sauna, swimming and sailing, gliding, sailing, sailing school, Sightseeing, squash, surfing school, diving, diving school, tennis, hiking, water skiing, zoo, ropes course climbing.
- Sports and active vacation
