Our House

The spacious apartments are located in the lower and upper part of the house and each has a separate entrance. Both apartments have both satellite TV and wireless internet.

The house has a large yard that invites you to linger and a sitting area with grill, of course available to guests. A small playground with slide, swings and climbing frame can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes.

Location:

Our house is located in Langenargen, in the district of Bierkeller-Waldeck. This small part of town has little traffic and the house itself is also at the end of a cul de sac. Also best conditions for a quiet holiday.

Langenargen has a historic village with a beautiful baroque church and Moorish castle of the Counts of Montfort. From the beautiful flower-filled promenade, you have the best view of the lake, the Swiss banks and the Alps.

To Lake Constance and in the center of Langenargen is about 1.5 km. A large forest about 300 meters away invites to beautiful walks.

Only about 200 meters from our house is a small baker's van that daily sells fresh baked goods - except on Sundays.

The airport and the Messe Friedrichshafen is about 7 km. To the station at Langenargen is about 1.5 km.

Langenargen is the perfect holiday destination if you seek in your holiday rest and relaxation, but also for active holidays.

Langenargen has a historic village with a beautiful baroque church and Moorish castle of the Counts of Montfort.

From the gorgeous flower-filled promenade, you have the best view of the lake, the Swiss banks and the Alps.

Activities around the house:

• Hiking: fruit plantations around Langenargen invite for long walks. It's only 200 meters up into the big forest with many trails for jogging and hiking. Mid-May to June, many nature lovers are attracted to the iris flowering in the Iriswiese of Eriskirch 2 km away from us. The Argental is known for beautiful walks. Just a few miles of hiking trails to lure us away like Tettnang hops in the path away from traffic, etc.
• Cycling: Well-marked bicycle paths lead to the whole of Lake Constance, but also the Argental. Our beautiful back country cyclists inspire. The historic cable suspension bridge in Langenargen is a good starting point for hiking, jogging, walking or cycling along both sides along the Argen from its mouth until Laimnau.
• Excursions: Mainau Island, Monkey Hill in Salem, Old Town of Meersburg, various museums (Zeppelin Museum, Dornier Museum in Friedrichshafen), Säntis with monorail, SeaLife Constance, the Rhine Falls in Schaffhausen, Vegetable Island Reichenau (World Heritage), the island of Lindau, Pfänderbahn in Bregenz (Bregenz Festival on the Lake Stage), Ravensburger country and many more
