Reiterhof is in the heart of Berchtesgaden Land, a fantastic alpine region in Bavaria near Salzburg, Austria. The 4-star house has a private heated winter garden with furniture, a yard with lawn, high-quality outdoor furniture and grill, a garage, and parking space.

This comfortable 115 m² house consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a hallway, and a storeroom. It can accommodate 2–8 people. It has hardwood floors in most rooms. For the children there is a playground with slide, swings, and a small shack.

Living Room

The beautiful 25 m² living room features an elegant leather sofa group, a genuine oriental carpet, cabinets, and wall shelves in solid wood with a wide selection of reading, satellite television, a stereo system, a radio, and a DVD player.

Sleeping Room 1

The master sleeping room is comfortably furnished with a queen size bed, a sitting area with a sofa bed and armchairs, a Berber carpet, a dresser, a rotatable satellite television. Two people can easily sleep in the sofa bed.

Sleeping Room 2

This room completely furnished with period furniture: an antique dresser, two spacious single beds, a mirror, and coat hangers.

Sleeping Room 3

This cozy room holds a twin bed in cottage style, a nightstand, and a wardrobe. An extra bed can be requested.

Pricing and Other Information:

The house is in partnership with Rupertus Therme Spa & Fitness Resort that provides the guests at Reiterhof with a 4-hour access of the spa facilities. Further admission tickets can be purchased at the house.

All prices are per day and include all utilities. Tourist tax and final cleaning are extra.

Prices include all utility costs (heating, electricity, hot water, and so on), a supply of bedding, bath towels, kitchen linens that are changed after 7 days, and bathrobes for 5 adults. Also included are: VAT, local post, a welcome gift, an admission ticket to Rupertus Therme for 4 hours, a highchair, a cot, a large selection of DVDs and books, Wi-Fi, laundry machines, and free stay for your pet.

* Tourist tax is € 2,10 per day for adults, € 1.10 per day for children and teenagers aged 6–16 years. With the tax fee the guest gets a pass card providing many discounts such as free bus travel in the region.

Reiterhof receives guests in the heart of Berchtesgadener Land, a district of Bavaria close to Salzburg, Austria. The region boasts fantastic mountain panorama bedecked with forests and meadows. This is an ideal accommodation for relaxing, go horseback riding, or skiing. All the rooms in the house afford wonderful views of the meadows, corrals, forests, and mountains.

There is an excellent access to the infrastructure of Berchtesgaden despite the isolated location. A large shopping center is 5 minutes away by car.

Throughout the year, there are several equestrian events like at Christmas time (Dec. 12) where tournaments and festivities take place.
