This newly renovated apartment accommodates up to seven people in the appealing Bogenhausen district of Munich. The nonsmoking apartment is very central and quiet.

The spacious living-dining room has a comfortable couch that can be converted into a bed for two persons. A sideboard holds another bed (90 x 200 cm) easily stowed away. A 42-inch flat-screen TV has cable connection. There is also a dining table with chairs. Two separate sleeping rooms provide twin beds (90 x 200). Each room has a flat-screen television and a wardrobe.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped. It offers tableware, pots, pans, jars, a refrigerator with freezer, an electric stove, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a sink, and a dishwasher.

The newly tiled bathroom comes with a large shower stall, a washbasin, a toilet, and a heated towel rail. A hair dryer is there of course, as well as shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, mouthwash, and body lotion. Bedding and towels are provided so you only need to bring the most personal items.

Pricing

The daily price is reduced for the fifth night and onward. Prices don't include a 7% tax (VAT). A security deposit is required and depends on the number of people and the length of the stay.
