They offer modern, nicely furnished living in favorable location between the beach bath and the beach promenade of Ludwigshafen.

Our top-floor suites are comfortable places for two, with the possibility of adding another two beds.
Our apartments are equipped with bathroom with tub. The modern kitchenette is equipped with baking oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker. Pots, pans and tableware is also provided. If needed, ask for children’s cot and high chair. The apartment complex also has a laundry room with washing machine and a hobby room with table tennis, table soccer and ball bath.
As a service, bed sheets and towels are available for rent; apartment cleaning during the stay can also be booked.
Garage parking spots are also available for rent.

Bed Sheets:
You can rent bed sheets from us. One set is a complete set of linens and covers; please tell us how many you need when you book your accommodation.
Towels:
You can also rent towels (in sets of hand and shower towels and a towel for your feet after the shower), if you don’t want to bring your own. Again, please tell us how many sets you’ll want to rent.
Cleaning:
Should you stay longer, you can get the apartment cleaned by us every Saturday.
Parking Garage:
Garage parking spots are available to our guests, to rent.
If you prefer to bring your own things, remember:
