Our 1,5 room Berlin holiday apartment is ideally located on the first floor of one of Bismarckstrasse’s lovely old German landhouses and offers everything for the discerning visitor. The landhouse was build 1906 as an coachman house and offers today after several modernization a modern and well equipped apartment.

The beautiful tree-lined avenue of Bismarckstrasse is one of Wannsee's most exclusive residential roads, lined with grand and imposing villas. In walking distance you reach the leafy woodland and lake where you can either have a little stroll or hike along the beautiful lakes up to Potsdam´s impressing sceneries. You may walk, take a steamer, bicycle, Kajak or canoe to discover and enjoy the beautiful nature and prussian heritage (if you wish organized or with audio guide). After visiting the hotspots in and around Berlin just relax in the neighbourhood of your Berlin holiday apartment.

The picture shows the attractive open-plan, American-style kitchen with its breakfast bar and seating. You can also sit out on your balcony or in the garden terrace to enjoy your food. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites you to cook. Alternatively there are numerous restaurants in the area who will deliver direct to your apartment. Kitchen appliances include:

The bright and spacious living room is open-plan with an American-style kitchen, offering a breakfast bar as well as a dining area. This light and airy room is modern and comfortably furnished, with a warm wooden floor and carefully chosen lighting, creating a relaxing and cosy atmosphere. You will find the following technical equipment provided for your convenience:

• Cable television with programmes in both German and English
• An entertainment system with radio and CD
• Fully equipped kitchen (see the item kitchen)

The sofa can be easily and quickly opened out to provide an extra, comfortable double bed. This affords convenient sleeping space for 2 additional people as well as the twin beds in the bedroom. You will find ample space and hangers in the closet for your belongings.

The bedroom is equipped with twin beds which can be easily pushed together to form a double. The beds are new, hygienic and comfortable. (A sofa in the living room converts to a double bed offering additional sleeping facilities). A large closet located in the living room and a smaller one in the hallway provide ample space and hangers for your belongings. Carefully chosen lamps offer a choice of atmospheric mood lighting.

The fresh modern bathroom is fully equipped with a large bath with shower over, washbasin and low-flush toilet. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. We offer complimentary supplies of washing powder, hand soap and toilet paper for your stay.
