The bright apartment has a total floor area of 45 sq.m. and is furnished to satisfy demanding standards. You reach your new domicile on the fourth floor by elevator, and you’ll feel at home.

There is room for up to four people.

The comfortably furnished living room has carpeting and floor heating, comfortable furniture and of course a color TV with cable connection and a music system. There is a sofa bed (150 x 200 cm) for two, an elegant ceramic floor lamp in Italian style, plus a dining table with four chairs.

The separate kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen equipment features crockery, cutlery and glasses, a microwave, dishwasher, a four plate stove with oven, refrigerator and coffee machine.

The spacious bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, washing basin and a washing machine with integrated dryer.

A very large built-in cupboard in the hallway provides ample storage space for clothes and linen.

The house contains its very own swimming pool with a large outdoor terrace which can be used for free. There is also a sauna which can be used for a small fee.

Bed sheets and towels are provided, of course!

The apartment of 45 sq.m. is very clean; it is centrally located in the Bogenhausen (Bogenhausen vacation rentals | Bogenhausen travel guide) district of Munich (Munich vacation rentals | Munich travel guide), directly opposite a bus and S-Bahn station with direct connections to the main train station, city center, the new fair in Riem and the airport. The next metro stop is only some 4 minutes of walking away, the next bus stop just one minute. In 10 minutes, public transport gets you to the inner city of Munich and its attractions or to the Oktoberfest.

The location is also convenient for driving, quickly getting to the middle ring road and all the highways leading every which way, including to the alps and the famous lakes at the foot of the mountains.

Close by the apartment there are numerous stores, including three supermarkets, a dry cleaner’s, restaurants and bars, Europe’s largest Media Markt, a drugstore, bakery, doctors, and more. You’ll not lack anything.
