Before having breakfast on the sun terrace with a view of green surroundings, you can go swimming in the outdoor pool that’s just 150 m away. Your separate entrance leads you onto an adjoining footpath, and right into the great outdoors. The attractive Tettnang city center is also only 8 minutes of walking away.

Our bright garden level apartment with well-furnished living room/kitchen and DSL internet connection located in our new single house has welcomed guests since 2009.

Great destinations for excursions at Lake Constance, in Upper Swabia, in the Allgäu, in Friedrichshafen, Ravensburg, Lindau, Switzerland, Austria and Vorarlberg await you. You can explore the area equally well by bike or on foot, on the numerous hike and bike trails. The roads rich in curves also are inviting for motorbike riders. Lake Constance is a paradise for water sports: sailing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, water skiing, etc. There are many chances for skiing in various regions in winter, e.g. in the Montafon (Vorarlberg).

Location:

Your vacation apartment is located in a small, L-shaped cul-de-sac. Ideal for families with children and anyone who likes to live away from the noise on the street. The footpath you can see below leads you to the separate entrance of your vacation apartment.

A few minutes of walking get you to the attractive center of Tettnang (Tettnang vacation rentals | Tettnang travel guide), which contains many restaurants, pubs and shops.

If you don’t want to eat out, a Lidl, Aldi, Norma or Netto is just around the corner. The Kaufland in the Bürgermoos part of the town has a very good selection. For those who value healthy eating, there are many farm stores in the vicinity offering quality products.

The view from the apartment or the terraces goes to the beautiful adjacent area of Ried (Ried vacation rentals | Ried travel guide). Here, you go on great walks or bike tours, e.g. into the Tettnang forest.

Two minutes of walking get you to the outdoors pool of Tettnang which is open:

• On the B31 around Friedrichshafen towards Lindau (Lindau vacation rentals | Lindau travel guide), passing Eriskirch and entering B467 towards Tettnang at Kressbronn. After 5 km, take exit to Tettnang.
• 2 km straight ahead on Lindauer Straße, past the Pinoil-gas station on your left, turn right into the Georgstraße and take next right into Schöneckstraße.
• Second cul-de-sac on the left, and hte last house with a 20° slanted roof, beside an asphalt footpath, is Schöneckstraße 31/3.

From Friedrichshafen (alternative):

• B30 towards Ravensburg (Ravensburg vacation rentals | Ravensburg travel guide), atraight at the airport roundabout, right towards Tettnang at the roundabout past Lochbrücke. After 4 km, you’ll reach Tettnang. Turn right onto Loretostraße at the first roundabout, left onto the right-of-way road after 100 m, straight at the traffic light into Georgstraße and next right into Schöneckstraße.
• Second cul-de-sac on the left, and hte last house with a 20° slanted roof, beside an asphalt footpath, is Schöneckstraße 31/3.

From Lindau:

• B31 towards Friedrichshafen, at Kressbronn on B467 towards Tettnang. After 5 km, exit to Tettnang.

• In Ravensburg B30 towards Lindau/Friedrichshafen, after Ravensburg on B467 towards Lindau. 1,5 km past Liebenau, exit to Tettnang. Straight at the roundabout. After 1.5 km on the Ravensburger Straße and Kirchstraße, you’ll pass the Bärenplatz straight across in a curve towards the right, then left (pharmacies, bus stops). After another 170 m, left towards Wangen and next right (past the pedestrian traffic light/ LIDL) onto Schöneckstraße.
• Second cul-de-sac on the left, and hte last house with a 20° slanted roof, beside an asphalt footpath, is Schöneckstraße 31/3.

From the East (Tannau/Neukirch/Wangen):

• Entrance to Tettnang on Wangener Straße, straight at the first roundabout, then after the kik / before the LIDL left onto Schöneckstraße.
