Completely quiet, built in 1999, about 250 meters to the tram stop. The house is located right on the edge of a field, right by a bicycle path. The journey time by tram line 2 in the historic old town is about 10 minutes, just as fast you can travel by bicycle into the city. The apartment with separate entrance is about 540 square feet and has two bright, spacious rooms with a kitchenette. The large bathroom has underfloor heating and bathtub with an integrated shower. In the garden, a place is prepared just for you. Your car also has its own free parking on our property.

The apartment was renovated in early 2008 and equipped for those with allergies (smooth floors throughout the apartment, blankets, pillows, etc.) Children are especially welcome, they can stay for free. A child's travel bed (70 x 140 cm) can be provided if necessary.

You only need to arrive, everything else is available. The apartment has a full kitchen including with freezer, oven, microwave, toaster. All equipment available, such as cable TV, DVD player, mini stereo with CD player. Bread service, if desired. Perhaps good to know: the double bed is extra long, even very large guests are welcome and can really stretch out. In the garden you can relax on a private deck, sunbathe or grill the famous Thuringian bratwurst. Bed linen, towels and anything else you might need is provided by us, we are happy to fulfill special requests.

On or two people will have plenty of space in our apartment. An extra bed in the bedroom for a third person is available. A fourth person could still be accommodated on a sofa bed in the living room. Maximum occupancy is three adults and one child.
