The apartment is on the second floor of a building located in downtown Ruhpolding (Ruhpolding vacation rentals | Ruhpolding travel guide). It is a great place for many sightseeing trips and attractions. It is also next to the spa gardens, promenade, bike trails, parks, and much more. Ruhpolding is in the southeast corner of Germany and very close to Austria.

From the Brandstätterstrasse you can get into the apartment withoutthe need to climb stairs, and since the house is on a slope, you have a rooftop terrace and balcony on the opposite side of it, towards the Müllritterweg.

The premises are wheelchair accessible. The owner is fluent in English, which makes communication easy.
