The vacation apartment (B32) is one of the apartments Am Weststrand (On the West Beach) of Haus Waldeck in Kühlungsborn. The houses were newly built in 2001 in the resort town (Bäderarchitektur) style. All apartments are equipped with full kitchens and dining area. So, you can self-cater and be independent of restaurants.

On 50 sq.m, this comfortably furnished vacation apartment with balcony offers room for two to four guests. It is in a beautiful location on the Baltic Sea, between the beach and the city forest.

Privacy and hotel-like comfort can be nicely combined: If so desired, you can order breakfast service and get the morning breads and newspapers delivered right to your room!

The newly expanded spa area with sauna landscape, indoor swimming pool with 29 degree Celsius warm water and solarium will let you have more than warm thoughts, even in winter. Use of sauna and pool is included in the rental fee. Additionally, you can choose between Thalasso, ayurvedic massage and beauty packages. The Softpack is a true highlight, a kind of massage-waterbed which feels almost like one has turned weightless. Water jets massage the body through the bed’s cover, the muscles will relax, but one stays dry.

Kühlungsborn

Traditional grand architecture and modern comfort can both be found in this town with a beach promenade that is more than 3 km long, connecting the east and west parts of it. From one end of the town to the other, the fine sand beach extends over 6 km. It is perfect for children, as the water only very gradually becomes deeper.

Kühlungsborn also offer enough fun and action, from beach parties and Open-Air cinema to many opportunities for sports. Gourmets will find restaurants that satisfy their demanding palate.

Rostock-Warnemünde

A jewel amongst the Baltic Sea towns, with lighthouse, beach promenade presenting a walk along a model of our solar system and ending at the Hotel Neptune, one of the former GDR’s best-known hotels.

Easily the highlight is the Alter Strom, a former part of the river Warnow and formerly the only access to the harbor. The salt doesn’t just taste of salt and wind, but also – no small thanks to the many boats – of adventure on the seas, while the quaint houses bring the visitor right back to the times of this former fishing village.

There are also the Hanse city Wismar, offering so many impressions, we highly recommend taking at least one whole day to explore all there is to see!
