The second vacation apartment in the upper/roof floor of our house contains two bedrooms and two bathrooms on two levels; it was awarded four stars and has ample space for 2-4 adults.

The lower level finds the living room with comfortable seating, tv set with cable, stereo, cd player, and the adjoining dining room with large table for six, sideboard and sufficient pots and dishes.

The kitchen right besides is equipped with a fridge/freezer combo, microwave, baking oven, ceran stovetop, dishwahing machine, tea kettle, set of cooking pots, dishes, etc. The bathroom on this floor contains bathtub, toilet, washing basin with cupboard beneath, large mirrored cupboard and hair dryer.

The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, two nightstands and a large, three-piece wardrobe. Another room is furnished to serve as wardrobe; from here, one also reaches the upper level.

The upper level (below the slanted roof) offers a large, comfortably furnished room with two single beds, nightstands, sideboard cupboards, writing corner, cable tv, stereo, cd player and a separate spacious bathroom with shower, washing basin and toilet.

If wanted, a DSL 16000 connection is available for internet access.

Location:

Well-maintained duplex house in good and quiet residential area. Our house is located in the west of Kaiserslautern (Kaiserslautern vacation rentals | Kaiserslautern travel guide) in the immediate vicinity of the garden show, culture center Kammgarn and recreation area Vogelwoog. A few minutes by car get you to the city center, Westpfalz-Klinikum (clinics), college, university and Fraunhofer Institute. Further flexibility is given by the bus stop that is only 200 m away, as well as the commercial area Gewerbegebiet West offering lots of shopping opportunities. The outdoor swimming pool “Waschmühle” can be reached on foot; it’s cold water pool is the largest in Europe.

How to get here:

Exit autobahn A6 Mannheim-Saarbrücken at the exit Kaiserslautern-West.

Continue towards the Gewerbegebiet, through the Opel roundabout towards the TÜV.

Past the TÜV to the end of the Gewerbestrasse, right to the traffic light.

Crossing the intersection at the traffic light, going straight and then turning left onto the next road – and you are at the Lothringer Dell.

House nr. 78 is located some 800 m down on the right.
