It is a 3 1/2-room apartment for up to 4 persons with two bedrooms, a large dining/living room, kitchen with bar-like breakfast area and large balcony. Also, large bathroom with big bathtub, shower and toilet plus separate toilet for guests..
Corridor:
The roomy, bright corridor gives you access to all the rooms. Itself, it features clothes rack, shoe storage, closet for household items and telephone. Internet access by DSL possible (fees as used).
Living Room
The spacious living room offers chances for a pleasant evening of games or TV.
Lots of games, a TV set with digital satellite reception and stereo with CD player are at your disposal.
The leather couch is a comfortable seating space; an additional couch with microfiber fitting and spring mattress can be used for additional seating or folded out to turn into a nice bed for two.
Kitchen
The kitchen integrated into the living/dining room has everything needed to prepare tasty meals: ceran top electric stove, baking oven, microwave. For preparing breakfast, you’ll find tea kettle, coffee machine and toaster.
There is also a fridge with freeyer compartment and cool storage for drinks. Plates, glasses, pots and pans are all available in sufficient amounts.
You don’t have to wash the dishes by hand, either – the dishwasher will get it done.
Bedroom 1:
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (1.8 x 2 m) with bed sheets suitable for people with allergies. The radio alarm will get you up in time for all your excursions.
In the large wardrobe, there will be enough space for all your clothes.
Two reading lamps give enough light to relax in bed reading before tucking in for the night.
Bedroom 2:
The robust bunk bed easily handles two adults weighing up to 100 kg. The mattresses are 90x200 cm large, too. Usually, though, it’s children who will use the bunk bed. Here, too, you’ll find wardrobe and alarm clock.
Bathroom:
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower stall with glass cabin, sink with mirror, and toilet. There is also an additional toilet e.g. for guests. You don’t have to let your hair dry in the wind, a hair dryer is available, as are towels appropriate for the number of guests.
Bed sheets, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels are included in the rental fee.
Balcony:
The large balcony offers enough space to enjoy spending quality vacation time outdoors, on one of the six deck chairs around the circular table. It also gives you a place where you are allowed to smoke (which is forbidden in the apartment proper), including ashtrays.
Garden:
The view down from the balcony goes to the large garden, the flowering plants and surroundings of which offer nice views.
The barbecue spot may be used after prior inquiry only.
