General Furnishings
The five comfortably furnished vacation apartments accommodate 1-4 people.
Each features a full kitchen, cable TV, radio, and balcony or terrace with great views of the mountains (Wetterstein range, Alpspitze, Zugspitze). For a fee, garage parking is available.
Room sizes range from 44 to 75 sq.m.
On request, we can also provide baby high chairs and cribs for families with small kids.

Alp Panorama Apartment (B7)
Spacious and comfortable vacation apartment extending over two floors, situated in a quiet and well-kept residential block with great mountain view. Classified as 4-star apartment by the German Tourism Association DTV. The lower level contains a large living room, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. On the upper level, there is an additional bedroom (with TV), reached via a spiral staircase. No children below 10 years and no pets allowed. Stereo system and room safe are provided.

Holiday house Alp Panorama is on a quiet side street of Garmisch(-Partenkirchen), at the foot of the Wetterstein mountains, of which it offers a great view.
It offers ideal holiday accommodations, from the lovingly furnished one-room-apartment to the exclusive 3-room, 4-star vacation apartment.
From the apartment building, bakery, butcher’s, greengrocer, café/bakery, drug store, supermarket and bus stop are easy to reach. Hiking paths and cross-country skiing slopes also start in the immediate surroundings. The Loisach park with bathing lake, soccer and beach volleyball, children’s adventure playground and lawn is also close by.
It takes some 10 minutes of walking to get to the city center.
Skiing
Oberstdorf is a perfect place for skiing in Winter with access to many different ski areas to chose from. You can get a "Kurkarte" for 2 Euros per night. With this one you can use the Skibus (a shuttle) to the lifts for free. The shuttle stop is located about 3-4 minutes from the apartment. Please ask for exact location of the shuttle stop when you arrive and the owner will provide directions. Depending on which ski area you like you need about 5 to 15 minutes to get there.
Arrival:
Please plan for an arrival between 3 and 6 p.m., and to get straight to the vacation apartment. When you have reached it, call us and we’ll immediately welcome you, hand you your keys, and answer any questions you might have.

Take one of 12 cable cars to visit the peaks of the Zugspitze, Wank, Eckbauer, Hausberg, Kreuzeck, or Alpspitze mountains.
Regional Sights:
The region of Garmisch-Partenkirchen is great for walks and mountain hikes in any season; winter makes ice skating possible on many of the lakes. The Riessersee lake was the site where the ice skating and ice hockey competitions of the 1936 Olympic Games took part, for example.
There are also various sights of cultural and historical importance for Bavaria in this region: artfully designed monasteries, castles, churches and museums give insight into the past. The present also lets you experience Bavarian traditions and lifestyle, whether in Garmisch-Partenkirchen’s old city centers, in the Oberammergau, or on one of the many mountain hut/restaurants.
